The Brief

Launch a new CPG brand into a crowded shelf.

Cinder Foods came to us six weeks before their nationwide retail launch with a name, a product, and almost no marketing presence. We were tasked with building the social presence, the launch reel campaign, and the live activation event from scratch.

We ran three parallel sprints — social content production, video editing, and live launch event planning — to hit the retail launch date. The campaign drove first-week sell-through 38% above projection.
